2018 Ride for Recovery Rally Registration Form

Please use the form below to register for the 2018 Ride for Recovery Rally (September 8th, 2018 beginning 10:00am at Black Wolf Harley-Davidson). Individual motorcycle rider fee is $25. Motorcyle rider with passenger fee is $30. All riders and passengers will be required to sign a waiver before the event. After registering, there will be an option to download/print the event waiver. Signed waivers must be presented at registration the day of the event. There is also an option at checkout to purchase a t-shirts for riders and passengers. Thanks for your support!
